Our Vision

Teaching yoga is one of the most rewarding paths you can take, but passion alone isn’t enough to build a sustainable career. Too often we see teachers, new and experienced, running themselves into the ground teaching 20+ classes a week but still struggling to make ends meet; we know the feeling because we’ve been there.

TBO grew out of that shared experience. Both of us left our trainings inspired but also uncertain. How do you actually structure classes week after week? How do you price your work fairly? How do you balance the love of teaching with the reality of running a business? It can feel overwhelming and, at times, completely isolating.

Our vision is simple: to give yoga teachers the tools, confidence, and clarity they need beyond their 200 hours. We show you a steady, practical path forward so teaching feels enjoyable, sustainable, and true to you.

Together, we bring our experience from studios, festivals, and the world of online teaching into a course we wish we’d had at the start. The aim is to help you step into your role as a teacher with confidence, clear in your teaching, grounded in your business, and free to enjoy the journey.

I trusted my intuition and passion, believing that I could carve out my own space in the crowded field and achieve my goals. Now that I have, I want to teach you how to do the same.

Yoga is my passion, my hobby, my business, my community, my friends, my purpose, my life.

I started my journey with nothing, and in less than three years I built a yoga business and online presence that now reaches hundreds of thousands worldwide. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with brands like Nike, Alo Yoga, Lululemon, Asana Rebel, and Liforme.

But it hasn’t always been smooth. I know what it’s like to feel hopeful, lost, and completely overwhelmed. When I started, I had no business background, no network, and no clear idea how to make it work. Those early years were filled with a lot of mistakes but each one taught me something that I’m able to share with you now.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping yoga teachers create their own path with confidence. I believe this world is infinitely abundant, with more than enough space and opportunity for each of us to succeed. My goal is to support you at every step, so you can turn your passion into something sustainable, fulfilling, and truly your own.

My ethos is about building community over competition, making sure teachers feel supported, connected, and empowered in their work.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have turned my passion into my profession. Yoga has never felt like “work” to me

What started as teaching classes soon grew into much more: from sold-out retreats and a thriving online community, to opening a studio and founding the Norwich Yoga Festival single-handedly.

I’ve learned first-hand what it takes to create something sustainable in this industry, the highs, the challenges, and the lessons that only come with experience. Alongside teaching, I’ve owned a successful studio, transitioned my work online, and built a business that gave me the freedom to grow in new directions.

Now, my focus is on helping others do the same. Through business mentorship, digital and marketing support, and my podcast, I guide yoga teachers and small businesses to create meaningful, sustainable work they’re proud of without burning out in the process.
