Our Vision

The Wellness Space is one of the most rewarding industries you can work in, but passion alone isn’t enough to build a sustainable career. Too often we see practitioners, teachers, and small business owners, new and experienced, running themselves into the ground, working all hours of the week but still struggling to make ends meet; we know the feeling because we’ve been there.

TBO grew out of that shared experience. Both of us felt inspired but also incredibly uncertain. How do you actually structure a successful business? How do you price your work fairly? How do you balance the love of wellness with the reality of running a business? It can feel overwhelming and, at times, completely isolating.

Our vision is simple: to give small business owners the tools, confidence, and clarity they need beyond their initial business idea. We show you a steady, practical path forward so running your business feels enjoyable, sustainable, and true to you.

Together, we bring our experience from running studios, festivals, classes, events and the world of online offerings into a course we wish we’d had at the start. The aim is to help you step into your role as a business owner with confidence, clear in your offering, grounded in your business, and free to enjoy the journey.

I trusted my intuition and passion, believing that I could carve out my own space in the crowded field and achieve my goals. Now that I have, I want to teach you how to do the same.

Yoga is my passion, my hobby, my business, my community, my friends, my purpose, my life.

I started my journey with nothing, and in less than three years I built a yoga business and online presence that now reaches hundreds of thousands worldwide. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with brands like Nike, Alo Yoga, Lululemon, Asana Rebel, and Liforme.

But it hasn’t always been smooth. I know what it’s like to feel hopeful, lost, and completely overwhelmed. When I started, I had no business background, no network, and no clear idea how to make it work. Those early years were filled with a lot of mistakes but each one taught me something that I’m able to share with you now.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping yoga teachers create their own path with confidence. I believe this world is infinitely abundant, with more than enough space and opportunity for each of us to succeed. My goal is to support you at every step, so you can turn your passion into something sustainable, fulfilling, and truly your own.

My ethos is about building community over competition, making sure business owners feel supported, connected, and empowered in their work.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have turned my passion into my profession. Most days work doesn’t feel like “work” to me

What started as teaching yoga classes and offering Personal Training and nutrition support, soon grew into much more: from sold-out retreats and a thriving online community, to opening a studio, starting a podcast and founding the Norwich Yoga Festival single-handedly.

I’ve learned first-hand what it takes to create something sustainable in the wellness industry, the highs, the challenges, and the lessons that only come with experience. Alongside teaching, I’ve owned a successful studio, transitioned my work online, and built a business that gave me the freedom to grow in new directions.

Now, my focus is on helping others do the same. Through business mentorship, digital and marketing support, online courses and my podcast, I guide yoga teachers and small businesses to create meaningful, sustainable work they’re proud of without burning out in the process.
